The Neurvix QA framework

Quality assurance is not a final review step. It runs through every phase of the pipeline, catching errors early, surfacing systematic issues and improving annotator calibration as the project runs.

QA layers

1. 01
   Calibration pilot

   A 2 to 5% pilot batch before full production. IAA measured, guidelines updated before scaling.

2. 02
   Automated checks

   Format validation, range checks and class consistency checks at submission time.

   Peer review

   15% of all annotations reviewed by a second annotator for verification.

   Senior review

   5% reviewed by a senior annotator or domain expert for edge case validation.

   Spot audit

   Random sampling by the QA lead for independent accuracy verification.

   Accuracy reports

   Weekly accuracy reports per annotator, task type and dataset segment, with trend analysis.
