1. Services
Neurvix provides AI data annotation, LLM training data, RLHF, content moderation and related human-intelligence services, as detailed in individual project agreements. Scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in a signed statement of work.
2. Confidentiality
All project data is handled under mutual NDA. We maintain strict data isolation between client projects, and our annotators and reviewers access only the data required for their assigned task.
3. Intellectual property
On payment, clients own all annotated datasets and deliverables produced under their engagement. Neurvix retains no rights to client data or to the datasets we deliver.
4. Quality guarantee
We target 95%+ accuracy on every project and re-annotate any batch that falls below the agreed SLA at no additional cost, per the quality terms in your statement of work.
5. Limitation of liability
Neurvix's liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the deliverable in question, except where prohibited by law or otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
